1/2 TEASPOON ground cinnamon

1/2 TABLESPOON chia seeds

1/4 CUP walnuts, roughly chopped
WET

1/2 CUP + 1/4 CUP (thinner consistency) or 1/2 CUP + 2 TABLESPOONS (thicc consistency) milk (oat, almond, soy)

tip: unsweetened alternatives taste better!​

1 + 1/2 TABLESPOONS honey (maple syrup)

1 TABLESPOON mixed nut butter (optional, for extra healthy fats)

1/2 CUP carrot, finely grated

STEPS

POUR ALL DRY INGREDIENTS INTO CONTAINER AND MIX WELL
