INGREDIENTS
NOODLES
-
≈100 GRAMS noodles

SAUCE
-
1 TEASPOON sesame oil
-
2 TABLESPOONS sweet soy sauce
-
1 TABLESPOON peanutbutter
-
1 CLOVE garlic, finely diced
-
(recommended but optional) 1 TEASPOON chili oil
TOPPINGS (OPTIONAL)
-
CUCUMBER OR CARROT IN THIN STRIPS
-
BOILED ENOKI MUSHROOMS OR BEAN SPROUTS
-
BEATEN EGG COOKED IN A PAN INTO THIN SHEET THEN CUT INTO THIN STRIPS
-
BLACK/WHITE SESAME SEEDS
STEPS
-
BOIL THE NOODLES ACCORDING TO THE PACKAGING
-
WHILE THE NOODLES ARE COOKING, MIX TOGETHER SESAME OIL, SWEET SOY SAUCE, PEANUT BUTTER AND GARLIC IN A BOWL UNTIL WELL COMBINED.
-
WHEN THE NOODLES ARE COOKED, SCOOP THEM STRAIGHT INTO THE BOWL OF SAUCE AND MIX. THIS SAUCE CAN BECOME THICK AS IT COOLS SO ADD IN A TABLESPOON OR TWO OF THE NOODLE WATER TO THIN IT OUT.

tip: save the noodle water so that you can use it to thin out the sauce!
tip: for extra crunch, I recommend cutting thin strips of cucumber or boil some bean sprouts!
