1½ CUPS/4oz rolled oats

¼ CUPS/85g/3oz honey

1 TEASPOON vanilla extract

1 TEASPOON cinnamon (optional, but recommended)

fresh fruits (blueberries, strawberries, bananas, kiwis, mangoes, peaches)

STEPS

PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 180ËšC/350ËšF.

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A BOWL UNTIL WELL COMBINED.

SCOOP 2 TABLESPOONS OF MIXTURE FOR EACH CUP IN WELL GREASED MUFFIN TIN OR SMALL OVEN-SAFE BOWL. PRESS THE MIXTURE DOWN FOR A BASE THEN ON THE SIDES TO MAKE A BOWL SHAPE.

BAKE THE GRANOLA CUPS IN THE OVEN FOR 25-30 MINUTES. LET COOL FOR AT LEAST A 30 MINUTES.
