STEPS

MAKE WARM WATER IN A PAN. ONCE WARM, DIP HALF OF THE RICE PAPER SHEET INTO THE WATER AND START TURNING IT IN THE WATER SO THAT THE WHOLE SHEET SOFTENS SLOWLY. ONCE YOU FEEL LIKE ITS ALMOST COMPLETELY SOFT, PLACE THE SHEET ON A PLATE.

THE KEY IS TO PACK ENOUGH INGREDIENTS IN THE MIDDLE LIKE A RECTANGLE (HORIZONTALLY LIKE SO: â–) BUT DO NOT OVERFILL IT TO THE SIDES. OVERFILLING WILL MAKE YOUR EXPERIENCE A LITTLE BIT... ROUGH.
