STEPS

PREHEAT OVEN TO 200°C/390°F.

RUB OLIVE OIL OVER POTATO(ES).

BAKE THEM ON THE TOP RACK OF THE OVEN FOR 20 MINUTES. THEN DROP TEMPERATURE DOWN TO 170°C/340°F FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES.

CUT ACROSS EACH POTATO AND SPRINKLE SALT AND PEPPER.
