1 (200GRAM) CAN chickpea

2 -3TEASPOONS chickpea juice or tahini

1 clove of garlic, minced

2 TEASPOONS olive oil

1 TEASPOON lemon juice

pinch of salt

1 TEASPOON paprika powder, chili powder, or curry powder

STEPS

POUR CHICKPEA JUICE INTO ONE CONTAINER AND POUR THE CHICKPEAS INTO A MICROWAVE-SAVE BOWL.

MICROWAVE THE CHICKPEAS FOR 30 SECONDS ON 600WATTS.

USE CLEAN HANDS TO TAKE OFF CHICKPEA SHELL AND THEN MASH THEM WITH A FORK.

POUR IN GARLIC, OLIVE OIL, LEMON JUICE AND SALT IN THE MASHED CHICKPEAS AND STIR WELL.

IF THE CONSISTENCY IS TOO THICK, POUR 1 TEASPOON OF CHICKPEA JUICE AND MIX. REPEAT UNTIL THE RIGHT CONSISTENCY. IT IS POSSIBLE TO SWAP CHICKPEA JUICE FOR TAHINI.

ADD IN MORE SALT OR LEMON JUICE IF NEED BE.
