MICROWAVE ON HIGH (700-900W) FOR 30 SECONDS. TAKE THE MUG OUT TO SEE IF THE EGG WHITE IS SOLID. IF NEEDED, PUT THE MUG BACK IN FOR ANOTHER 30 SECONDS. IT COULD NEED EXTRA 5 SECONDS WITH ALMOST NO WATER WATER IF THERE IS JUST A LITTLE BIT OF UNCOOKED EGG WHITE (BUT THE EGG YOLK BY NOW IS OF THE CONSISTENCY OF A SOFT BOILED EGG SO ONLY MICROWAVE A LITTLE BIT MORE).
