STEPS

PREP: PREHEAT THE OVEN AT 200°C/400°F

SLICE THE END OF THE STEM OFF THE BRUSSELS SPROUTS AND THEN SPLIT HALF DOWN THE STEM

LINE THE BAKING TIN WITH ALUMINUM FOIL

SAUCE: POUR IN OLIVE OIL, BALSAMIC VINEGAR, HONEY AND SALT INTO A BOWL AND STIR WELL

COMBINE THE BRUSSELS SPROUTS AND THE SAUCE INTO THE BAKING TIN AND MIX EVENLY

LEAVE BAKING TIN IN THE OVEN FOR 15-20 MINUTES
