INGREDIENTS​

  • 500GRAMS (1 POUND) brussels sprouts, halved

  • 3 TABLESPOONS extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 TABLESPOON balsamic vinegar

  • 1 TABLESPOON honey or maple syrup

  • 1 TEASPOON salt

STEPS

  1. PREP: PREHEAT THE OVEN AT 200°C/400°F

  2. SLICE THE END OF THE STEM OFF THE BRUSSELS SPROUTS AND THEN SPLIT HALF DOWN THE STEM

  3. LINE THE BAKING TIN WITH ALUMINUM FOIL

  4. SAUCE: POUR IN OLIVE OIL, BALSAMIC VINEGAR, HONEY AND SALT INTO A BOWL AND STIR WELL

  5. COMBINE THE BRUSSELS SPROUTS AND THE SAUCE INTO THE BAKING TIN AND MIX EVENLY

  6. LEAVE BAKING TIN IN THE OVEN FOR 15-20 MINUTES

  7. ENJOY WARM!! (BUT I'D WAIT... 5 MINUTES > BURNED TONGUE)
