COOK TIME: 10-20 MINUTES 

TOTAL TIME: 3 HOURS

INGREDIENTS​

  • 1 TABLESPOON butter

  • 1 CAN (397 GRAMS/14 OZ) sweet condensed milk

  • 1/4 CUP cocoa powder

  • 1/2 CUP chocolate sprinkles

STEPS

  1. MELT BUTTER IN A SAUCE PAN OVER MEDIUM-LOW HEAT.

  2. POUR IN CONDENSED MILK AND COCOA POWDER AND STIR OFTEN UNTIL THE MIXTURE THICKENS. ONCE YOU ARE ABLE TO SEE THE BOTTOM OF THE PAN FOR 2 SECONDS WHEN YOU DRAG YOUR SPOON/SPATULA ACROSS THE BOTTOM, POUR THE MIXTURE OUT ONTO A PLATE.

  3. LET MIXTURE COOL FOR 30 MINUTES THEN PLACE IT INTO THE FRIDGE FOR 1.5 HOURS.

  4. SCOOP OUT ONE TEASPOON AT A TIME, ROLL THE DOUGH INTO A BALL AND COVER THE DOUGH WITH SPRINKLES.

    • tip: store in a cool place, can last up to 3 days on the counter, 2 weeks in the refrigerator and 3 months in the freezer
